Ideally completed on or before 20 January Photography booked for 22 January, first open 24 January Scope of works (initial list): Replace broken kitchen sliding door handle, this door goes outside. Aluminium surrounds, maybe stegbar or similar? Fix front door that has dropped on its hinge, pivot door with glass panels Install new handles to this door Replace one broken glass panel Patch and repair chipped architrave Replace one drawer in a built-in wardrobe Patch and paint a small hole left from a Dyson charger Repair an old timber Queenslander-style sash window (the type that slides up/down with a spiral/corkscrew balance) — currently will not stay open There may be a few additional minor items identified on site I’m looking to be quoted on an hourly rate, plus any materials as required. Full wall in built storage custom cabinet design and build

We’re having a custom-built kitchen installed (not IKEA). All the cabinets are already built and getting delivered on monday morning– they just need to be fitted. The benchtops, electrics and plumbing is all being done by someone else, you dont need to do any of it, just install the cabinets. We need you to take out the old kitchen and refit half of it downstairs, so that needs to be installed at the same time you take it out. There are also push to open mechanisms that need to be fitted in the laundry and pantry (which is already built) and 4 additional cabinets that need to be fitted downstairs that are not part of the kitchen that is coming out. They are kaboodle, built and ready to get installed. And there are a couple of additional panels that still need to be installed in the pantry. I'm looking for someone experienced in kitchen installations who is available anytime between Sunday 14th September and Thursday 18th September. Ideally, this would be on an hourly rate. I have put in $150 to cover the first hour, and I can do each hour as an invoice or through airtasker. I am open to offers on how you would like to do this. Ideally starting on Monday 15th September morning. Someone quoted 8 hours for 2 guys previously. Please get in touch if you’re available.

From corner wall to adjacent kitchen window trimming 30 mm depth and 27 wide. Open to suggestions to have an aesthetically pleasing outcome. My choice of wood is oak with a warm tone to bring in warmth effects.
