Scope of Work: • Provide double-width driveway from garage to street crossover • Cut out and remove existing concrete kerb for crossover • Dispose of excess fill and waste at tip • Pour 100 mm thick concrete slab with SL72 reinforcing mesh • Apply acid wash and 2 coats of high-build sealer for finish • Exposed aggregate surface – colour/stone to be discussed Site: • New build (flat block, easy access) • Approx. 30–35 m² total area Timing: • Around late November / early December (before handover mid-December) Looking for licensed and insured concreters with previous exposed-aggregate experience.
