Need help assembling and installing a Outmos motorised louvred pergola with two motorised blinds. It is a 3m x 6m motorised louvred aluminium wall mounted pergola, with a 3m motorised blind on one side and a 6m motorised blind on another side. This is to be installed on a composite decking. And also need to pair the remotes to motors and test all operations end to end. Hi, I’m looking for someone experienced with outdoor pergolas, waterproofing, drainage, or building leaks to help me fix a water issue. A handyman recently built an outdoor pergola for me. Since then, every time it rains, a lot of water comes into the garage floor area. I’m not sure whether something has not been sealed properly, whether there is a leak, or whether the structure/drainage is causing water to flow into the garage. The handyman said that water can flow in, but I would like someone to properly inspect the problem and find a permanent solution. We have already tried using cement and sealing tape to block some areas, but water is still coming inside when it rains. So I’m not sure if this is a sealing issue, drainage issue, or a structural problem with the pergola or surrounding area. I’m looking for someone who can come and assess the situation, identify where the water is coming from, and fix the problem properly. Please contact me if you have experience with this type of issue. I have concrete poured into my driveway. However, the previous trades have left the framework behind which now need to be removed and disposed. There are also large pieces of plywood and a large rectangular grill left behind.

One of the clear sheets on the back pergola has partially come loose. It bangs loudly with strong winds and is at risk of coming off. I need the broken sheet to be removed completely before it flies off and replace with a new clear sheet. It’ll need a long ladder which I don’t have. Access is via the single story roof that the pergola is attached to. The section of the pergola is approximately 10ft high, and the loose sheet is at the outer edge of the pergola. Need done urgently. Must have insurance.
