I have concrete poured into my driveway. However, the previous trades have left the framework behind which now need to be removed and disposed. There are also large pieces of plywood and a large rectangular grill left behind.

One of the clear sheets on the back pergola has partially come loose. It bangs loudly with strong winds and is at risk of coming off. I need the broken sheet to be removed completely before it flies off and replace with a new clear sheet. It’ll need a long ladder which I don’t have. Access is via the single story roof that the pergola is attached to. The section of the pergola is approximately 10ft high, and the loose sheet is at the outer edge of the pergola. Need done urgently. Must have insurance.

My driveway paving is damaged. There are around 10 tiles are damaged need replacement. I will provide the tiles. Other places the tile grout has come out.
