Hi. My car’s front right headlight has a problem. It goes on and off randomly. It only happens during the day when I have my lights on Automatic setting. The front right headlight goes on and stays on for a few seconds and then turns off. So i switch it to low beams or parking lights and it does the same thing. Stays on for a few seconds and then the front right light turns off. I put it on full headlights and the lights stay on. The BMW service centre has no idea why this is happening either. Can someone help to work out the cause of this problem so it can be fixed? Thanks

It’s a diesel engine. Last year I had the car serviced and the oil leak repaired, and it cost me a lot of money. Unfortunately, it has started leaking again. At the moment, I’m just topping up the oil every two months. I’m now looking for someone who can properly fix the issue at a reasonable price.

We have a damaged screen in our BMW X1 so we decided to buy a new head unit that will upgrade us to using our phones, whilst retaining the OEM features of the BMW system. My BMW X5 50i (2014) has a slight shake in the passenger front wheel. Unsure of cause. No engine codes, all services up to date. Perfect car otherwise. Just don’t want to drive it until it’s fixed. Need it looked at, as I’m due to give birth any time. Budget section is just a number, I understand some fixes have costs. My father is a mechanic, but is in the middle of chemo treatments and can’t do anything from hospital.
