Painting 2 bedrooms townhouse in reservoir

Previous home owner did not use Primer on the ceiling in one bedroom: 2.5 x 2.9. I have applied undercoat and top coat to the ceiling and certain parts of the ceiling started flaking. Ceiling to be scraped back. To be applied: sealer binder, undercoat and topcoat.

Spot cleaning walls. Doors, door frames, skirting, mop floor, bench, front porch, alfresco, and garage skirting.

This job must include the following work: * Dust and light sand of all surfaces to paint. * Post sanding, dust out deep cornice. and ceiling rose * 1 coat prep coat to walls and roof * 1 coat ceiling white to roof * 2 coats color to walls (the wall has dado rail, to be painted the same color as walls) NOT REQUIRED IN THE JOB - No need to paint: robe, woodwork, window frame, door, or skirting board. These areas will NOT need to be painted. The painter must supply ladders, use good quality brushes & have their own drop sheets and cover floorboards and provide tape. We will supply all paint.
