Item was purchased from Rebel sport basketball goal needing assembling. There is a tutorial on rebel sports website that specifies what tools are needed to assemble

Just need someone to put together a Basketball Hoop

I need the basketball hoop to be drilled and camset into the existing concrete slab. The installation video is in the link below. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IO7a58Un_Sg&t=8s Typically you would cast the anchor kit into the slab before pouring, however we did not have time and poured the slab without the anchor kit. Instead the supplier said we can simply drill 4 holes, cut the anchors of the rods and camset them in.
