My jeep won’t start and it’s something electrical.

My car is experiencing an intermittent starting issue. Sometimes I turn the key and all the dash lights come on, but the car doesnt crank or make any noise. I've had the battery checked twice and have been told it's in good condition. I'm looking for someone experienced who can diagnose what else could be causing the issue, provide some advice and guidance, and ideally repair it if a fault can be identified at a fair price. The car is a NIssan X-trail 2005 model.

Issue Details: The tail/brake lights remain constantly illuminated when the ignition/engine is on, even without touching the brake pedal. Already Attempted: A mechanical check and a new brake light switch replacement were already tried, but the issue persists. The issue appears to be an unadjusted switch plunger, a short-to-power in the wiring harness, or a latched TIPM/relay issue. Requirements: Bring diagnostic tools to check wiring shorts and power flow from the TIPM. Flexible on timing (mobile service preferred, or can drive locally if safe during daylight).
