Hi! I need an auto electrician to diagnose my 2015 mitsubishi ASX with an intermittent remote central locking issue. The car starts normally and the physical key works fine. The interior central locking button works every time. I've already tried a new remote and a new remote battery, but the issue remains. After driving for a while, the remote stops locking/unlocking the car, but after the car sits for a few hours it often starts working again. I'd like a diagnostic first before replacing any parts. Can you please check the keyless entry receiver, ETACS/body control module, and wiring/communication before recommending replacement parts?

I require a mobile auto electrician to diagnose an electrical fault on a 2000 Toyota LandCruiser 105 Series with a 1FZ-FE petrol engine and automatic transmission. The driver-side and passenger-side footwell junction blocks suffered water damage and have since been replaced with matching units. The vehicle cranks but will not start, the instrument cluster is not operating, and neither the main nor sub fuel pump is running. The replacement main fuel-pump motor has been bench-tested and operates correctly. Approximately 10.8 V is present at the disconnected pump connector, but the circuit produces only a dim test-globe result under load, indicating a likely high-resistance connection, relay, earth, junction-block or wiring fault. The dashboard and some interior components are currently removed, providing good access to the junction blocks, wiring, ECU, relays and connectors. The vehicle is not driveable and is located in Yarraville. Could you please advise your availability, call-out fee and likely hourly rate for fault-finding and repair? Thanks, Phil

Old battery yielded at least car lights etc turning on but not starting the car. The new battery is not providing any start - car is completely dead. I own a 2015 Ford Mondeo. It was picked up from a panel beater yesterday (Saturday) after front end repairs were done. At the time, the battery was flat. It was jump started. It later died again (after being driven for about 45 minutes). The battery was so flat that the doors would not lock. RACV came out and jump started it. The alternator tested fine. It was then driven for about 1.25 hours. After which, it was put onto a 240V AGM battery charger. After a few hours, the battery charger (used before without issue) started overheating. The battery this morning is dead - it won't even turn over. I believe there may be a short circuit of some description and before I go off guns blazing to the repairer, I need an objective opinion - from an expert). The budget is a placeholder, since I don't know what to expect!

I have a 2008 Toyota Hiace van. I have installed a new head unit in it and new speakers but need someone to install the back up camera, the hands free microphone and to hardwire the dashcam.
