I've got an AUDI A4 2008 pretty simple work/home car which part of the electrical system does not work (the central locking does not work, the doors do not work, I cannot lower or raise the windows. The car is in very good condition and I want a mechanic/electrician who is not hungry for money regarding the price and I know it's not something gigantic but logically I lack knowledge of that nature.

Suspect there is alternator issue but not sure. Its an old 2007 Audi A4. Car battery is new (bought it this Feb and has checked battery at Autobahn and is still good they said) but at times car struggle to start. And once I went for a short drive it was ok again and then struggle again.
