Hi I'm after some help to put together a trampoline still in its box

I just bought a queen bed frame for my daughters room. My wife and I both have bad backs and don’t want to risk carrying it up the stairs (two flights). I need some geezers to lift it up the stairs and assemble it when you get there (it’s like 8 screws or something). There’s also a shoe rack flat pack to do that I really don’t want to 😂 if you’re handy, you’d be there anyway right 🤷
