I will remove the contents and everything in/on top of the furniture before moving. Job is in 2 parts: 1. Disassemble bed with Allen key and reassemble downstairs in another bedroom. 2. Disassemble bunk and stairs and reassemble downstairs in another bedroom. Stairs are to be rearranged to be on the other end of the bed to what they are now (see pic). Will require new drill holes. The new bedroom is bigger than the one in the picture. So reassemble process will have more room to move. Note: bed and bunk are separate structures Job can be completed between Jan 14th and Jan 21st
