I need a report to satisfy the following. Arboricultural Impact Assessment (AIA) and Documentation All reports must contain, as a minimum, the following requirements:  A detailed assessment of the subject tree proposed for removal, and any trees greater than 3 metres in height on the site or on adjoining public or private land where they may be affected by the removal works. This includes trees within Council-owned road reserves/nature strips or neighbouring parkland, as well as relevant trees on neighbouring private land where shared root zones, canopy interaction, or potential impacts may occur.  The tree survey data must include (in a table format or similar): - o Tree identification number o Botanical and Common name o Physical dimensions of height, canopy spread, trunk diameter (DBH) and diameter above basal flare o An assessment of the health, structure, age class, landscape significance o An assessment of the arboricultural value and retention value o Determination of the structural root zones (SRZ) and Notional Root Zones (NRZ) (in accordance with AS4970) o Location/Ownership of the tree (Council asset (street or reserve), Neighbour/third party, subject site).  The report must provide suitable tree management and protection recommendations for all trees to be retained. These must be specific for each tree identified for retention and or protection. All information must be consistent with the Australian Standard AS4970-2025, Protection of Trees on  Development Sites and in accordance with Council’s Arboricultural Reporting Guidelines.

Arborist required to remove 1 tree limb overhanging rear lane (see photo mark up). We've already removed a number of smaller branches, but our pole saw won't reach this high. Will need current stack of branches (pictured) plus new limb removed. Very good accesss - the branch is accessible from the rear lane with no obstructions underneath.

The tree is visually uneven and was topped about four years ago, so we would like selective pruning/crown balancing where safe, removal of dead regrowth, and compliant clearance from the overhead lines.
