I need an arborist report for one tree for a Vic Smart application in Whitehorse. The tree is in front garden of my house in Box Hill South.

Our Body Corporate wants to propose the erection of a garden arbor at our meeting on 30th June where our owners can vote for or against this motion. To proceed in the first place we need a quote to complete the work. We will provide all the materials required which will comprise of standard length H3 timber, so minimal if any cutting. Thus, all that is required is to drill the holes for the assembly. This will consist of 8x concrete bolts, 8x holes through a metal plate (this will be to themes of the two benches which are bolted to the concrete, as shown in the photo), 16x holes through the wood beams and various holes to screw other elements together. As well, 6x cross-beams will need a total of 12x notches cut out so as to sit on the two support beams. Finally, all the wood needs to be stained. Tasker to provide own tools for this job. There are plans attached for the arbor so that a better understanding can be determined. State whether you carry your own insurance. Also, if any references for similar work are available that would influence any final selection, as well as the price being offered. If the vote is in favour then the work can commence in early July.

Hello, I am looking for an experienced painter with great attention to detail to re paint and entry arbor (just the blue section). The task will include setting up drop sheets and taping off areas that won’t be painted, sanding down the exisiting paint as it’s flaking. Wiping down the area, using an undercoat and then 2 top coats. I will supply the paint but ideally I’d like you to supply the sander, paint brush, tape, drop sheets and whatever else. I can bring a drop sheet and paint brush if needed. Let me know if it will be possible to get done in one day. The area is outside so if it’s raining we’d have to reschedule.
