Find an Apple Mac repair technician in Burleigh Heads

Hi, We’re looking for an experienced IT/network specialist to come onsite to our studio in Burleigh Heads and check our network and storage is setup properly and running reliably. We’re primarily a Mac-based studio with 4 workstations. Our current setup includes: * Synology DS1621+ NAS with DX517 expansion * UniFi Dream Machine Pro and UniFi network hardware * 10GbE networking * MacBook Pro workstations * AWS NAS Backup, Dropbox cloud storage/sync, MEGA media library * Kyocera wifi printer + other wifi machines. We need someone who is particularly experienced with macOS, Synology and high-speed networking. The main priorities are getting the 10GbE network running properly across the studio, optimising NAS performance and file access, check cloud backup/sync, remote access/VPN, network security and generally review / clean up the existing setup. We need someone who is confident with business networking and can come onsite, assess the current setup and get everything working properly. $500 for a half day. An older 2010 model Apple iMac desktop computer needs a new hard drive and up to date operating system.

There is lines on the screen and I’ll need to replace it

I bought an old iMac off marketplace and now I can’t use it. I’d like to reinstall it or happy to upgrade and get new version. I’m not tech savvy. I need an IT guru to come and help me. Just going to use this computer for my son for games.

I need to get the data off my MacBook pro it is having issues starting and apple have informed me that it is a data issue. I don’t want to lose my data so I am hoping to find someone who can transfer it onto a hard drive.

We have recently acquired a 4-Head Embroidery machine and are looking for assistance in setting up the CAD software. If you have experience in Embroidery and CAD software please reach out!

Our old MAC is not starting up anymore. We would like to transfer all the photos from this computer to an external hard drive, and then maybe to the cloud as well.
