Find an experienced apartment painter in West Perth

Hi Airtaskers, I need someone experienced to patch and paint holes in two plasterboard walls in my apartment. The job involves: Patching up small to medium-sized holes (please bring your own materials). Sanding the patched areas smoothly. Painting the repaired sections to match the existing wall color (I can provide the paint). One wall only needs re-sanding the patched holes and paint.

2 bedrooms 1 lounge 2 bathrooms 4 doors

We need someone to paint walls in our apartment open plan living room /kitchen. We have a paint colour in mind and can supply if needed.

We are needing a 2x2 apartment painted to the walls, new skirting boards and door frames/doors. New floors have been installed so drop sheets are needed.

Wall painting around different spots in the apartment

I require various fixes to my 2x bedroom / 2x bathroom apartment before I put it on the market, such as: - wall and wooden floor chips filled - paint touch ups throughout (white paint) - wall and door fittings tightened - sliding door rails straightened - window blinds fixed - sink drains unclogged (not essential)

Please see photos for details. I’ll supply the paint which will be white aside from the noted feature walls. Happy for this to be done during or after regular hours. I am living in the apartment but can make arrangements if necessary. “Cut-outs” are areas painting is not required ie doorway and windows - Due date: Before Wednesday, 26 April 2023

Painting of open-plan living-dining room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, both the walls, ceiling, doors, and skirtings - in 2-3 shade colour scheme. About 20 litres available and needs supplementing. Quote on basis of labour, taxes, fees and indicate whether tradie discount available for paint. Needs to be done in 3 stages over a week.
