Painting off walls, ceilings, windows and frames to 1 bedroom apartment. Quote must include paint and materials needed. Please note that a heavy smoker has been living in this apartment so need to prep the walls properly.

I have a small apartment, size 42m2. It consists of 1 bedroom, 1 Living Room, 1 bathroom & 1 kitchen. There is also a small outside balcony area including window & window frame & outside door & 3m2 balcony floor & wall & balustrade. I need all of it fully painted with 2 coats of quality paint (also primer in areas where necessary) including the popcorn ceiling, brick walls, all doors including front door & door step, door frames, skirting, windows, 3 Built in Wardrobes, balcony area. You will also provide the labour, materials & paint including Flat white paint for ceiling, Dulux Natural White Low Sheen for walls. Dulux Vivid White Semi Gloss enamel for skirting, door frames, doors. The front door and step will be black Gloss enamel. You can use Taubmans paint if that makes the price cheaper than Dulux. This is an Owners Corporation apartment so you will need to have the necessary insurances to work onsite. It has been a rental for 20 years & now I need to prepare it for sale asap.

Paint living area, hallway and maybe touch ups on some of the rooms? To be checked.

Some double sided tape has been used to put frames on the wall, causing damage and sticky residue. Please comment your best price.

There are a few scuff marks and scratches that need patching

We have an existing apartment that needs the ceiling repainted and three walls. Ceilings are plaster and currently painted a version of white. We want the ceilings repainted in a flat ceiling white paint. One coat should be enough. Ceilings are approx 55 sqm. Also need two walls painted of approx 24 sqm (see images).
