Internal Painting – Small 2 Bedroom Apartment (Walls & Architraves) We’re looking for an experienced painter to complete an internal paint job for our small 2-bedroom apartment on Sunday, 24 August only (non-negotiable). Scope of Work: - Walls and architraves throughout the apartment - Ceiling may require painting – this will be assessed and confirmed the day prior - Two existing feature walls need to be sanded and painted over - Entire apartment to be painted one uniform colour (final colour to be advised) - Paint and all materials to be supplied by the painter - Minimal prep required as carpet will be removed the following day Apartment layout: - 2 small bedrooms - Combined entry/kitchen/living/dining space - Small laundry area We’re after a clean, professional finish with attention to detail.
