The apartment is very well maintained and will be clean, just after a quick refresh and a couple deeper cleaning tasks. It is for an end of lease, however as the apartment will be clean it won’t require a full deep clean. Main tasks: • General light clean (wipe surfaces, bathrooms, floors) • Deep clean of oven • Window cleaning (inside) • Carpet cleaning (2 bedrooms, both with queen sized beds and not too much walk way space, so area to actually carpet clean is small).
