Hi! We are moving out of our two-bedroom apartment in Coolangatta following the sale of the property and are looking for an experienced cleaner to give the apartment a thorough clean and tidy, ready for the new owners. This is not a bond clean, as the property has been sold rather than being vacated as a rental. However, we would like it left very clean, fresh and presentable for handover. The apartment will have minimal furniture remaining, so it should be relatively easy to access and clean throughout. The clean would include: • Vacuuming and mopping all floors • Wiping and cleaning all surfaces • Thorough kitchen clean • Cleaning inside, outside and on top of cupboards and cabinetry • Cleaning kitchen appliances/surfaces as required • Thorough cleaning of bathrooms, showers, toilets and mirrors • Cleaning windows and internal glass • Cleaning window sills and tracks where required • Wiping doors, handles, skirting boards and other visible areas • Removing dust, marks and general build-up throughout • General final tidy so the apartment is fresh and presentable for the new owners Essentially, we are looking for someone with a good eye for detail who can give the whole apartment a thorough once-over and leave it looking great for handover. Access/key collection: Due to work commitments, we would need to either meet you to provide keys before 7:30am or after 4:30pm.
