I need this beautiful dress from Italy altered. It was an expensive piece and I would like to change it abit. I want to cut off the top boob part and instead make the scrunch part longer to make it a strapless dress. I do have more fabric as they gave me a matching tote bag which might just be enough for the new bit. Otherwise happy to work out an alternative fabric like maybe a white scrunch part + I have more work after if all goes well :)

Dress 1: a long summer dress that needs taking in quite a bit! The upper part is lined, it has a zipper all the way down the back and a pocket I want to keep! Should be a fairly straightforward job for someone with a sewing machine and experience! Dress 2: a burgundy kameez sort of thing with beautiful emboridered details.
