Need a few dresses to be taken in and shorten

I need a zip replaced in my leather bag, it zips up and down but doesn’t engage the other side

I am wanting to re-use a second hand wedding dress. I want to cut the bottom off the dress and make it tea-length. It will also need a clean however most of the dirt is on the bottom where I want to chop it off anyway so that can just be discarded. It is quite a simple design and apart from the change in length I will need no other alterations. Photos attached.

I need two curtains altered. Both have a blockout layer with a sheer layer on top. Curtains measure 3.6m x2 along he bottom hem with a 2.7m drop which I need altered to 2.32m - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 29 April 2023
