Our Daikan (FTXS50LVMA/E035766) Air Con is broken. It can turn on but no air comes out and the air director moves fully open then closes once.

My Daikan (FTXS50LVMA/E035766) air conditioner isn't working. I just tried cleaning the filter. When I turn it on it opens and closes and doesn't blow any air while the green light flashes. Make an offer - I don't know what a reasonable price is
