Small 1 BR apartment. I've been cleaning myself and takes me 1 hour to clean. The Bed needs to be stripped and place in a washing bag for me to take to cleaners (if all goes well, can offer this task to you), change to new clean linen which is already to go. Clean Bathroom (shower/toilet) vaccum and mop. Take rubbish to bins. Being an Air bnb rental, days vary but cleaning will need to start around 10/11ish once guest has left. Generally will have 1-2 cleans a week needed, sometime may not have anyone. It's slowly getting business to i'd expect a constant 1-2x per week over the coming months. All cleaning products provided.
