Have only just listed it so once it books up could end up needing cleaning weekly to a few times a week.. it's a 1 bed room apartment and there will be parking on site for you. Cleaning products and consumables like coffee, tea ect.. will all be supplied for you to restock. Spare bedding will also be supplied to make the clean faster old bedding will be required to be washed and dried with the in room washing machine a d dryer.

We have a 3 bed/3 bath unit in Circle on Cavill, Surfers Paradise and need a professional cleaner who is reliable, efficient and understands what is required of Airbnb cleaning. Typical amount of bookings is 5-7 per month, so roughly 70 per year. Standard bedding arrangement is four beds; 2x king + 2x singles, and we allow up to 4x extra fold out beds. Our standard checkout/checkin times for guests are 10am and 3pm, so all cleans must be fully completed within this time. - Must supply and replace all bedroom and bathroom linen, towels etc every clean (at least 6 towels per booking). - Must supply all basic airbnb amenities (tea/coffee/sugar satchels, toiletries etc) - Must own and bring your own cleaning equipment and supplies. - Must speak fluent English. Price is just a guideline, happy to discuss specifics for pricing and any other details, please make an offer. Note: If you're the type of cleaner that thinks they can wipe down the whole place with a single rag and spray bottle please don't apply.
