Find professional Airbnb cleaning services in Hobart City CBD

I’m looking for a reliable, meticulous independent cleaner to take care of a 3-bedroom Airbnb cottage in Hobart on an ongoing basis. The property: * 3 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed * 1 bathroom with bath/shower * Lounge room * Living room/kitchen * Timber floors throughout I’m looking specifically for one reliable person rather than a cleaning company, as I’d like to establish an ongoing relationship with someone who takes pride in the property. The turnover The job is to completely clean and reset the cottage between guests so it is ready for the next arrival. This includes: * Cleaning the entire cottage * Bathroom, bath/shower and toilet * Kitchen and surfaces * Vacuuming/sweeping and mopping the timber floors * Dusting and general presentation * Stripping and remaking all 3 queen beds * Washing used sheets and towels * Taking the washed linen to a laundromat in North Hobart for drying (approximately 40 minutes) * Returning the dry linen for the next turnover * Checking the property for damage, missing items or anything requiring attention * Making sure the cottage is presented to a high standard for the incoming guests There is plenty of spare linen. This means the beds can be made with clean linen immediately while the used linen is being washed. The washed linen is then dried at the North Hobart laundromat and becomes the clean linen available for the following changeover. So there is no need to wait for the laundry to be completed before the cottage can be reset. I’m looking for someone who is thorough, reliable and takes pride in presentation. Airbnb or holiday-rental cleaning experience would be ideal. Pay: $150 per completed turnover, with the possibility of reviewing this once we’ve established the arrangement. The number of turnovers will depend on bookings, but there should be regular ongoing work for the right person. You would need: * Reliable transport * The ability to handle the laundry/drying process as part of the turnover Type of clean: Regular Number of bedrooms: 3 Number of bathrooms: 1 Equipment and supplies: I can provide
