Ongoing Airbnb change over cleans for two listings in Central Castlemaine (a home and it's accompanying studio). An average of 2-4 cleans per week EACH. so must be flexible daily between 10am-3pm. So a high commitment but very well paying job of around $350-$650 per week. Can use existing washer and dryer for linen in the change over in the main house. Ideally looking for $100 per clean fee for main home and $50-60 per change over for the studio. the main house generally will take 90-120minutes to change over and the studio 30-45minutes. We have a studio and main house as 2x seperate listings on Airbnb for the month of April located in cadtlemaine. We can pay $50 for every change over/clean of the studio (which occurs most days) and $80 for every clean of the main house (likely 2-3x per week). I would estimate this to be an average of around $600 per week. For 4x weeks. Most importantly all the beds linen need to be changed, Surfaces need to be wiped down and the floors vacuumed. One major consideration is that the linens will also likely need to be washed at your private residence or local laundry-mat.
