What is required: - Visit the site in Chelsea. - Fly the drone to an exact height of 6.5 metres within my property boundaries. - Take high-resolution 360-degree panorama photos from that exact height, facing all directions (especially looking west/towards the bay if applicable). - Take a brief 4K video loop spinning 360 degrees at that exact height. - Send me the raw, unedited digital files via Google Drive, Dropbox, or email.
