Find professional adult swimming lessons in SA

Hi there, i have an 8 year old which i would like someone to teach him swimming. I can do 2 lessons a week or a 2 hour block 1 day a week. This will be on going for about 6-8weeks and after holiday. Price is per hour. I would like him to have some of the basics as we are going on holiday and he will be around water. Thank you.

I’d like to learn how to swim. The centres near me offer classes but the times/days clash with my work schedule. I’m flexible with the offer - we can discuss this.

I’m looking for an instructor to push my 2 boys to swim skilfully. They have swam in squads for a couple of years but my older son does not enjoy competitive swimming so I didn’t renew their club membership in October. He needs to swim for his scoliosis (very slight) and to build the strength in his rotator cuffs. He has very high stamina levels but needs to improve his stroke and speed. My younger son is very competitive and would compete with the right encouragement and motivation. He has considerable upper body strength and needs encouragement to improve his butterfly. He competes regularly at Nippers and with water polo. They will start swimming at their new school this term but they need more than school swimming to keep up their fitness levels and stamina. We are looking for a coach that can handle and meet both their individual needs.
