I need a 2D floor plan and 3D render for a small café/kiosk. Must be to scale, clear, and suitable for project manager / landlord approval (not just a visual mock-up). Scope 2D layout with dimensions & equipment 3D render (2–3 views, clean commercial look). Couple revisions, and some add ons. Already have a rough draft to go but need to add a few things along the way.
