Find a local 3D modelling expert in North Sydney

Looking for someone to help with designing and drawing a few additions/renovations to existing home. - add carport/carports, - deck - internal floor plans - driveway - front fence - roof change - superficial elements to see final result eg drywall ceilings lights fixtures etc - 3D models to help me visualize what it will actually look like to aid design choices placement etc. - three separate drawings required. 1. Carports only 2. Add deck 3. Add floor plan change and all other modifications Detailed survey report is done.

Make 3D model of existing house (as is) in Sketchup or similar program and make changes to reflect alterations and additions. Base model needs to be precise. Modifications need to be accurate enough to depict conceptual design options. Need experienced and competent modeler particularly proficient in roof modeling.

I am looking for a someone to design a 3D model of a paint bucket. I have concept drawings and plans. I would also like a scaled 3D print of the design for a prototype and would need ongoing support in the products development. As I wish to be hands on with the project I will need someone who is located within 10km of North Sydney.
