My main goal is to lose approximately 20 kg, improve my fitness and build sustainable habits. I’m looking for an experienced and supportive personal trainer who can: • Create a realistic training plan for a beginner • Teach me correct technique and safe use of gym equipment • Help with weight loss, strength and overall fitness • Keep me accountable, motivated and consistent • Provide general guidance around nutrition and healthy habits • Adjust the program as my fitness improves I’m not looking for a quick fix or extreme program. I want someone patient, encouraging and reliable who can guide me through the process and help me achieve long-term results.

Looking for an experienced personal trainer to help me( 67YO), and my daughter (33YO). Flexible hours during the day 2-3 session PW. Need this to be ongoing for 6-12 months. I need to enfisise that I am looking for life change training, to improve health and weight, not looking to be athletes. Diet and lifestyle changes needed, so would want someone that has experience in this area as well. (I Need to see references) Happy to pay for the right person. Sorry but wouldl prefer a female trainer.
