We have had an insurance repair knocked back. here are the details : A visual inspection of the internal shower area was conducted, particularly focusing on previously re-grouted joints and silicone seals. All visible grout lines and silicone appeared to be in satisfactory condition, with no signs of failure or deterioration. Testing: 1. Shower Head Drain Test: * The shower head was positioned directly into the waste drain. * Water was run continuously for approximately 10 minutes. * Result: No leak was observed downstairs during this test. 2. Flood Test (Base of Shower): * The shower drain was sealed off and the base was filled to test water containment and screen integrity. * Within approximately 3 minutes, a noticeable drop in water level was observed. * Simultaneously, audible dripping was heard downstairs, confirming water leakage. * After another few minutes water started dripping downstairs. * This indicates that water is escaping underneath the shower screen, possibly through or under the L-shaped trim or into the wall cavity. Conclusion: Based on testing and observations, the leak is not originating from the drain, grouting or silicone seals but rather from an issue underneath the shower screen/ L-trim Recommendation: We recommend the shower screen be removed to allow proper inspection and re-sealing or waterproofing beneath and around the screen area, especially the base joints and L-trim section.

Dropped something on the shower base which caused tiny crack. It is a bit old now and has been sealed temporarily using a sealant. Looking for quotes to permanently fix it. Shower base do feel solid when stepping on or around the cracked area and not cushioney.

changing rotating style shower tap to slide taps 2 showers(4 pieces- 2 per shower), 2 sinks (4 pieces- 2 per sink), 1 bathing tub (2 pieces), and 1 in laundry (2 pieces) change kitchen tap with a new one (1 piece) Installation of handheld water sprayer - 2 toilets. i can purchase the taps. need quotation for the work Note: i would also like to get a quote on replacing the current shower taps (for cold and hot tap) to a single mixer style tap. if this needs tiles replacement, happy to discuss that as well. licensed plumbers only please. will need certificate of completion

The shower water strip i believe isnt tall enough. Plenty of water is coming outside the glass when showering. I believe it needs to be replaced with a taller strip to close the gap between the shower base and shower sliding glass.
