Title: IKEA PAX wardrobe installation + skirting removal – Southbank/Docklands I need an experienced IKEA PAX wardrobe installer for my apartment. Scope of work: Carefully remove the remaining skirting board behind the planned wardrobe footprint. Part of the skirting has already been removed. Avoid damage to the plasterboard, flooring and adjoining skirting. Assemble and install my IKEA PAX wardrobe, including levelling, wall anchoring, doors and internal fittings. Please advise whether you can also supply and fit a neat ceiling infill panel above the wardrobe as an optional extra. The wardrobe consists of tall PAX frames, approximately 236 cm high. Ceiling height is approximately 252 cm. Please quote a fixed price for the skirting removal and complete wardrobe installation, and specify any exclusions. Experience with IKEA PAX installations is essential.

I have a fully assembled IKEA PAX wardrobe (two units, see photos) already in position in a bedroom alcove. Looking for someone to finish it off so it reads as a genuine built-in rather than freestanding flat-pack furniture. Scope: * Frame/box in any gaps between the top of the wardrobe and the ceiling * Scribe and infill any gap between the wardrobe and the adjoining wall * Plaster/stop and sand the new timber sections so they're flush and seamless with the existing wall and ceiling finish * Ready for paint (happy to paint myself, but open to a quote) * No assembly required. The wardrobe itself is already built and in place. Flexible on timing, let me know your availability.
