I am hosting a birthday party at my home for approximately 60 guests. Catering will be provided, and I am looking for 1–2 experienced hospitality/event assistants to help with setup before guests arrive and to assist throughout the event. Duties may include: Setting up food and serving areas Serving or replenishing food and drinks as required Clearing plates and glasses General tidying and kitchen support Taking out rubbish and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event Assisting with the cake-cutting and dessert service Preparing tea and coffee stations The event will include a period of games and speeches, during which assistance will be needed to reset and prepare for the cake and dessert portion of the afternoon. Ideally, I am looking for proactive individuals with hospitality or event experience who can work independently and help ensure the event runs smoothly while I enjoy the celebration with my guests.

Wedding Wait Staff Required – Sutton Forest (Southern Highlands) | Friday 13 November 2026 We are looking for 3 experienced wait staff for a private wedding in Sutton Forest. Hours are 3:30pm–10:00pm for approximately 90 guests. Duties include assisting with setup, serving canapés during cocktail hour, assisting with dinner service, clearing plates and glassware, refilling water and helping maintain a clean and organised reception area. Staff will also assist with pack down of the dining area at the conclusion of service. Previous wedding or function experience is preferred. Applicants should be professional, friendly and reliable, with their own transport to Sutton Forest. Please include details of your experience and hourly rate when applying.
