Hi there... We are hosting a birthday party at a dedicated venue in Wolli Creek. Am looking for two / three experienced, friendly and proactive person/s to help on the night. Event details: • Late afternoon start (5pm) & would be required 30 mins before start time for run down and familiarisation of venue. • Approx. 80 guests • All food is organised. So the only responsibility is to ensure drinks are served and guests are topped up with refreshments. Tasks include: • Greeting guests as they arrive with beverages on trays - • Serving drinks throughout the night * Ensuring that the venue is kept clean by clearing paper plates into bins provided and that cups are packed away. General cleaning up. Disposing of ice and organising the bar throughout the night. What we’re looking for: • Previous hospitality or event experience • Proactive, “can-do” attitude • Friendly, professional and well-presented • Able to work independently and anticipate what needs doing and can work without If you enjoy events and helping things run smoothly, we’d love to hear from you. Waitstaff for 21st birthday (serve drinks & light cleaning) Task description: Hi! I’m hosting a 21st birthday party at my home for around 60 guests and need 1-2 friendly and experienced waitstaff/event helpers. Date: Saturday 26 April 2026 Time: 1:00pm – 6:00pm Location: Padstow Heights Duties: • Serve drinks to guests (no alcohol) • Keep the drink station stocked • Clear rubbish and wipe tables • Assist with light clean-up during and after the event This is a no-alcohol event. What I’m looking for: • Well presented & professional • Experience at parties/events preferred • Positive and friendly with guests $40 an hour per person
