We’re hosting a Halloween party at our Newstead office for clients, colleagues and friends. It’ll be an intimate event of around 30-50 guests, due to the capacity and fire-safety restrictions of the space. We’ll have roving entertainment, including spooky greeters and LED performers, a decadent grazing table and an outdoor bar. We’re looking for an experienced bartender to run the bar, serve beer/wine and make mixed drinks. We’d also love to create one signature spooky cocktail for the evening. Ideally, we also want a second person helping with roaming drinks, clearing glassware, possibly serving some canapes and keeping the grazing table tidy throughout the night. If you can provide glassware and any basic items needed for things to run smoothly I am happy to consider this too! Friday 30 October | 6-11pm | Newstead Be rad if both can dress to the occasion/theme too (white / black / masquerade) 🎭 Cheers!

We'd need help for around 5~ hours! Party starts at 3pm. Half an hour before arrival needed for prep. All food is prepped; we just need an extra set of hands to move things along, serving food, and cleanup. No alcohol will be served. What we need you to do: ~ Help set up the non-alcoholic drinks station, glasses, and water jugs. ~ Take food platters and drinks around to guests as they arrive. ~ Assist with main food service (bringing out hot dishes, uncovering food, topping up the buffet). ~ Keep the drinks area clean, tidy, and flowing throughout the event. ~ Discreetly clear empty plates, glasses, and rubbish from tables. ~ Wash, dry, and put away dishes and servingware in the kitchen. ~ Pack down at the end: wipe all surfaces, box up leftover food, and take out the rubbish. Requirements: ~ Previous hospitality / event / waiter / Catering experience would be advantageous! ~ Proactive attitude: able to see what needs cleaning or refilling without constant direction. ~ Uniform: Black top + top, byo So if you like Latin music, vibes, are great with service, or have a few family parties under your belt... Your help would be greatly appreciated!!
