Title: Virtual Assistant – Admin Support (5 hours per fortnight) Description: Looking for a reliable and detail-focused Virtual Assistant to help with small business admin and organisation tasks around 5 hours per fortnight. This will be ongoing work for the right person. Tasks include: Updating calendars (event and appointment planning) Booking trade stand spaces or events Managing and replying to basic emails Entering data into Google Sheets Simple online research (events, pricing, suppliers, etc.) Light coordination for shows or competitions About you: Reliable, organised and communicates well Confident using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Gmail) Comfortable handling small admin tasks independently Has a good understanding of horses and dogs — this will make the work flow much smoother Previous VA or admin experience preferred but not essential Details: Approx 5 hours per fortnight to start, potential to increase later Flexible work-from-home role Paid per fortnightly block through Airtasker If you’re the type of person who loves ticking things off a list, keeping schedules organised, and working with animal-related businesses, I’d love to hear from you. RATE OFFERED IS HOURLY Assistant programmer needed to work on code development, to meet playable demo deadline. Possibility of staying on for the next 6-7 weeks depending on results.
