I have some rectangular porcelain pavers that I need laid on a gravel and sand base in a small square front garden area. Current surface is a grass/dirt mix and slopes down a bit so will need levelling. It’s about 16 sqm area and the materials will be delivered to the nature strip so will need to be brought up two steps to the area to be paved. There is a stormwater tank in the area which the pavers can go over but I don’t want them cemented in just in case I need to access this tank in the future. Any questions/requirements please ask. Location: Newtown NSW 2042 Site size: Approx. 622 sqm Job type: Site preparation / vegetation clearing / weed removal / basic levelling We are looking for an experienced person or team to clear an overgrown, level block of land in Newtown in preparation for construction. The land is approximately 622 sqm and has quite a lot of overgrowth, long grass, weeds, vines, branchy vegetation/branchy weeds. Photos are attached for reference. Scope of works The job includes: Clear all overgrown vegetation and weeds across the site. Poison weeds Cut back and remove branchy weeds, vines, scrub and dead vegetation. Remove weeds, vines and vegetation growing along adjoining neighbour fences and walls, including boundary walls. Cut back and remove vegetation from fence lines, walls and access paths. Remove loose branches, dead vegetation and green waste. Dispose of all green waste and cleared material off site. Basic levelling / tidy-up of the land so the site is left clean, accessible and ready for construction preparation. Take care not to damage adjoining walls, fences, services, buildings or neighbouring property. Protect and retain the trees shown on the attached marked-up plan. These trees must not be removed, cut down or damaged. Ideally looking for someone with experience in: Site clearing Garden / vegetation removal Larger Weed and vine removal Pre-construction site preparation Green waste removal Working carefully around adjoining properties and boundary walls

Hi, need someone to keep my pet cavoodle for couple of days at your place, she is very friendly and quiet. She is indoor dog. Backyard is a must. She is toilet trained and will only go to toilet on grass. No walks needed. Just one feed a day in evening 5pm. Based in north side of Brisbane but happy for her to be anywhere in Brisbane. Is friendly with kids, elderly and other dogs as long as they are not aggressive. She is 5kg and is small dog. Will provide her bed, food, treats and toys.
