I need an experienced person to spread and level approximately 8m³ of turf underlay across approximately 100m² of lawn area. The soil will be delivered and dumped on the existing lawn/driveway area. Work required: * Spread approximately 8m³ of turf underlay * Level and grade the soil across the lawn * Achieve consistent finished levels * Maintain appropriate falls/drainage away from the house * Leave the surface smooth and ready for laying Sapphire Buffalo turf * Some areas require approximately 50mm of underlay, while other areas require more to achieve the finished level. Access: Suitable access is available for a small machine. Preference for someone with a Dingo, mini loader, bobcat or similar equipment who can complete the job efficiently. I’m looking for someone experienced in turf preparation, spreading and levelling soil. Soil is being supplied and delivered separately. Please quote for labour and equipment to spread and level the 8m³.

- Move rocks from one place to another approx 25m away - Remove and replace rotten retaining + possibly add in an extra retainer high. Replacing 4 sleepers and adding in 2. - Dig up grass approx 15m2 and replace with rocks which we will order (distance from rock pile to location is around 10m on a slight downhill) - Remove garden bed and two plants to be saved and replanted for someone else Extra jobs depending on cost: - Add approx 2.5 sleepers to raise garden bed higher + add soil to it. - Transform our back corner into a nice firepit type area.. need suggestions on what would look nice to do this. I have no idea how much this would cost, we’re flexible but don’t want to go over $1500 - $2000 approx
