I am looking for a hardworking individual to complete a few outdoor cleanup tasks around my property. Job Details: 1. Garden Bed (12m x 75cm): Heavily overgrown with dense couch grass. Needs to be thoroughly dug up with the underground roots/runners removed. Agapanthus to stay in place 2. Sand & Dead Grass Pile: A small 4–5 square metre patch of loose sand/dead grass needs to be shovelled up. Located right next to the waste bin. 3. Pressure Cleaning Pavers (Approx 120 sqm): High-pressure clean the paved outdoor area. I have the pressure cleaner here on-site for you to use. All areas will be completely cleared 4. Verge Raking (Approx 130 sqm): Give the front verge a light rake to tidy it up. Waste & Tools: • All garden waste goes straight into my on-site green bin. • I have the pressure cleaner, but you must bring your own outdoor tools (garden fork/spade, square-mouthed shovel, a good rake and gloves). Timing: Flexible on days/times. Please let me know your availability when making an offer. Weeding etc can start any time but pressure washing likely needs to be Tuesday. Type of gardening: Weeding, Garden cleanup Size of garden: 150m²-300m² Has green waste bin: Yes

Looking for someone to thoroughly remove weeds and apply weed treatment around my property (see photos). Requirements: 1. Remove weeds from brick paving (driveway, patio and pathways), including between pavers. 2. Clear weeds and overgrown grass from garden beds and fence lines, preserving existing plants. 3. Apply suitable herbicide treatment to kill remaining weeds and minimise regrowth. Prefer longer-lasting weed prevention where appropriate. 4. Clean up. Requirements: * Bring own tools, equipment and chemicals. * Prefer thorough removal and treatment rather than just whipper snipping. * Please specify the weed treatment method/products you intend to use. * Quote to include labour and chemicals. Type of gardening: Weeding Size of garden: Under 50m² Has green waste bin: No

We’re looking for an experienced landscaper to undertake the basic structural/ground preparation for our backyard renovation in City Beach. At this stage just want to get the “bones” of the landscaping completed as economically as possible. Scope: 1. Rear retaining wall Approx. 9.3m long x 600mm high behind the existing tree. - Existing tree to remain - Open to timber sleeper/post, concrete panel and post, limestone or another suitable system (again taking the cost conscious approach). Do not need to back fill behind the top retaining wall. 2. Level main lawn area Level/grade the central section of the backyard to create a large, relatively flat lawn area, broadly as shown in the attached concept. Bring in and spread appropriate sand/soil as required. Finish the area at the appropriate level and condition ready for grass/turf to be laid. Turf itself does not need to form part of the quote, although happy for it to be priced separately. 3. Basic reticulation, if possible While the ground is open, install/relocate the retic pipework and sprinkler heads required for the lawn. We don't necessarily need solenoids/controller etc. at this stage. The aim is to have the underground infrastructure in place before the lawn goes down. 4. Site preparation Remove/redistribute excess soil and rubble as required. Leave the area tidy and essentially ready for lawn and the later landscaping/planting stage. We’re trying to keep this first stage simple and cost effective, so we're very open to recommendations on materials or construction methods that achieve the same result for less. I can also provide the site survey showing existing levels. Please let me know your proposed approach/material, indicative cost and availability. Quote on labour only.
