Landscaping includes a small retaining wall of around 500mmH at the property rear not near houses 11m+2.5m. Some concreting on the side and rear, backfilling and grass the rear filled area. Dimensions are in the photos. I can meet you onsite if you want to inspect before quoting/offering. Front yard open to separate quote later i want back done asap. Pit will be fixed by a licence plumber before you arrive.

I need 14 pavers installed properly on natural ground/soil along the garage side laneway, right on to recently laid instant turf. Job requirements: • Proper base preparation on natural ground (excavate, lay and compact base, sand bedding layer) • Secure edge restraint where the pavers meet the new turf • Lay the pavers level with good drainage slope • Finish with polymeric sand in the joints • Protect the new instant turf at all times and leave a clean, neat edge when finished This is a small, straightforward job but I want it done correctly with a proper compacted base so it doesn’t sink or move over time. What I need from you: • Please confirm you have experience installing pavers on natural ground/soil with proper base preparation. • Quote should be a fixed all-in price (labour + all materials: road base, sand, edge restraint, polymeric sand, cleaning etc.). • I will supply the 14 pavers. Site details: • Good access • Small area — should be a half-day job for an experienced person Please include in your offer: • Fixed price • Expected time to complete • When you’re available (I’m flexible) • Any photos of similar previous jobs would be great Happy to answer questions.
