Looking for an experienced landscaper or excavator to clear vegetation from a 1,600m² vacant block, preparing the site for upcoming earthworks. The block is sloping and contains grass, shrubs and a few small trees. The larger established trees shown in the photos are to remain and must not be removed. All roots and stumps associated with the vegetation being cleared will also need to be removed. I will identify some timber and vegetation that I want to keep for mulching, wood chipping and firewood. This material is to be stockpiled at the bottom of the block. Everything else that is cleared from the block—including all grass, shrubs, trees, branches, roots, stumps and green waste that I have not specifically nominated to keep—must be removed from site and disposed of by the contractor. Nothing else is to be left on site. Once the vegetation has been cleared, the site will need to be scraped and left ready for earthworks. The quoted price should include all labour, machinery, transport, and disposal costs.
