Looking for an experienced gardener to tidy up a medium sized backyard and side garden in Glen Iris. Budget shown is a placeholder, open to all quotes. The work is: 1. Trim the large hedges along the fence line flat on top and straighten the sides (one section is 3m plus with some dead growth poking out the top). 2. Shape and tidy the jasmine along the back fence, and refasten any runners that have come loose from the trellis and fence fixings. 3. Trim and straighten the jasmine growing on the brick wall beside the deck. Some of this is at height, so a ladder or platform is needed. 4. Weed and clear the flower beds (leaf litter, grass runners and weeds, including the beds beside the steps and along the side path). 5. Plant new plants in the cleared beds. Plants can be supplied by you or we can agree a list. 6. Remove all green waste. Optional extras, please quote separately if you can do them: cutting back the low tree branches overhanging the deck and clothesline, and stripping the ivy off the metal patio railing. Photos of each area to follow. Flexible on dates. Please quote for labour and green waste removal, and note separately if you'd supply the new plants.

I’m looking for someone to tidy up my backyard, with a focus on weed removal and garden maintenance. Please note that most of my backyard is covered with artificial turf, not natural grass. There is a smaller area of natural lawn that needs mowing. The main issue is the weeds and overgrown grass around the fence lines, particularly along the edges of the artificial turf, where things have become quite messy. Tasks required: * Remove weeds and overgrown grass along the fence lines, especially in the corners and around the edges of the artificial turf. * Clear and tidy the overgrown areas around the perimeter of the backyard. * Mow the smaller natural lawn area. * Weed and tidy the garden beds and borders where needed. * Trim the natural lawn edges for a neat finish. I’ve attached photos showing the current condition of the backyard. Please provide separate quotes for: 1. Initial clean-up: A more thorough first visit to clear the existing weeds and overgrown vegetation and tidy up the backyard. 2. Ongoing maintenance: The price per visit for regular weeding, edge maintenance and mowing of the natural lawn area. Please also recommend a suitable maintenance frequency, such as every 2–4 weeks. Please bring your own equipment and specify whether green waste removal is included. I’m looking for someone reliable who may be available for ongoing garden maintenance after the initial clean-up. Thank you!
