- Bond cleaning for 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom / 1 balcony - Tile flooring in living area, carpet in bedroom, and fridge cleaning required. - The apartment is generally clean and the building is only 2 years old. Clean oven, stove top, exhaust fan and wipe over tiles. Wipe over and inside all kitchen cupboards, benches, sink and tiling. Please don't leave any items behind inclusive of fixtures and hooks. All floors must be vacuumed and/or mopped. Wipe over skirting boards/window sills throughout home. Clean all areas of bathroom, paying particular attention to the shower/shower track, any soap scum, outside/inside toilet bowl. Clear any hair from drains. Wipe marks off walls (magic eraser is great for this), doors, light switches and light fittings. Clean windows inside out and window tracks. Remove any cobwebs inside or outside home. Remove all rubbish, cut grass, trim edges & weed gardens (if applicable). Ensure that you have removed all items from the cupboards especially storage, cup-boards/under stairs.
