Front nature strip has mostly had the top layer of soil removed, but needs some more removed down the end. Will need to be levelled, top soil and fertiliser applied, and lawn laid.

1). Garden bed 4x2m has plants in half of it that are 'soft' and need to be pruned down. 2) Same bed needs weeding. 3) A footpath of stones and pavers needs to be weeded (3 x 1.5m) 4) pile of cuttings (bush and grass) size of 2 wheelbarrows (not stacked over the edge) to be put in green waste or removed from property. (5-10 minutes) 5) tidy, sweep concrete landing 2x3m (5-10 mins) 6) tidy low hedge, pull any grass or weeds growing under it from the lawn and clear leaves from under it. It's 5-6m long, 40cm tall and 30cm wide (I have electric hedge trimmer and petrol blower) (20 mins) 7) rake out along one fence line and dispose of leaves (<10 mins) I'm budgeting for 2hrs. But this is less than that.
