Hi, I’ve recently removed a swimming pool from my yard and need assistance with site preparation and laying turf. Here are the scope and specifications for the job: • Topsoil & Prep: Supply and spread topsoil for the side area where the pool was removed (approx. 100 m²). Prep both this area and the front lawn for turf laying. • Turf Supply & Installation: Supply and lay turf for the total area (approx. 200 m²). We are leaning towards Empire Zoysia. Please provide a quote detailing: - Soil prep and spreading labor/materials - Turf supply and installation (if you supply turf) - Estimated timeline and availability. Note: If you handle site prep/laying but do not supply turf, please feel free to quote for prep and installation alone, as I am open to sourcing the turf independently and/or install the turf separately to this quote. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks, Jack

The old turf has been removed for the backyard, there’s only soil now that needs to be prepped and leveled for the new turf installation. I will supply the new turf and we can talk over the installation quote on the day when you are chosen to do the prep. Feel free to throw in your genuine offer so I can decide (dont worry about my budget). The photo is only reference of how my backyard will look like when it’s all done. Just imagine all the green you see is currently soil. Thank you

I need a landscaper to prep the soil (leveling and putting in good soil (100mm on top) to later lay new turf, for back and front yard. Keep in mind that the back yard’s turf has already been removed and the front yard’s turf has not been removed. You also need to lay the rustic edging around. The front yard is gonna have a little garden bed around the entrance pavement and I need you to make sure it’s a beautiful layout too (any ideas is welcomed but my simple idea is just having round rocks around the stone tiles pavement). I also need you to dig 4 holes (600-800mm deep and 500-600mm diameter for the garden bed all the way in the back) these can be quoted as a different job for me to decide please. The main job is still prepping and laying the turf.

Looking for an experienced lawn care person/team to aerate, scalp, top dress and level our backyard lawn (approx. 100-200m²). We had this exact job done last year and were really happy with the result — this year we want to build the levels up again to get the lawn back to perfect, even condition. Scope of work: - Aerate the lawn - Scalp back the existing grass - Top dress with levelling soil/sand mix - Level out low spots and uneven areas across the yard - Lay some new turf if required Access notes: - Yard is at the back of the house - Access is via a side gate, down 4-6 stairs, then through to the backyard - Please bring your own equipment/materials — happy to discuss quantities of top dressing mix required once you've seen the yard or photos Flexible on timing Please quote based on the above, and let me know if you'd like more photos or a look at the yard beforehand.

We require our lawns to be mowed in our Townhouse complex. Due to size of land, it would be suitable for someone with access to a ride-on mower. Looking for an initial cut with potential for an ongoing work. For initial job, scope of work is for someone to go over the grass 2-3 times due to length of grass in some patches. We will provide location details on contact. Type of gardening: Lawn mowing Size of garden: Above 300m² Has green waste bin: No
