Please read the description carefully as the job has very specific requirements and I don’t want to waste anyone’s time. Thank you. Looking for experienced movers with solid reviews and insurance, who can facilitate a dual settlement apartment move on April 10. The distance between the two properties is only a few kilometres (Moorabbin to Bentleigh East), however I am settling both of them on that day – around 6 hours apart. Therefore, I need someone who can pack my things in Moorabbin (description at the bottom) into their truck first thing in the morning. You would then be free for the next 4-6 hours. Once the new apartment in Bentleigh has been settled, unpack at the other end. (exact time cannot be confirmed prior, I’ll need to simply text you when the settlement process is complete) Elevator access at the pick up apartment, stair access from the street or elevator access from the carpark at the drop off apartment. Just to reiterate – I will not have control over the settlement times so I need someone who can be flexible on this day. Provided there’s proper separation for my things so nothing accidently ends up at the wrong place, happy for you to do other jobs during the wait time – preferably within a 30 min drive so you’re not too far out when I’m ready to go. The main items to move are below. Queen bed frame/mattress, 2 bedside tables, dining table, 6 dining chairs, couch + 3 chairs, 2 side cabinets, display cabinet, 2 desks, artwork, rugs, floor standing speakers/stereo components and approx. 20-25 boxes. Due to the open time frame I’m not looking for an hourly rate offer – PLEASE NOTE: I AM ONLY LOOKIN FOR A FLAT RATE FOR THE ENTIRE MOVE (NOT CAPPED HOURS WITH EXTRA COST FOR MORE TIME) Please ask if you have any questions and please only respond if you have both that specific day free, and the tools and flexibility to fit the situation. Offer is $1000 with a $200 cash tip on completion. Thank you.
