I am looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to manage and grow the online presence of my two short-term rental businesses: • Myora Rentals • Yield Bridge Capital (YBC) The successful applicant will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and managing content across multiple platforms, with the goal of increasing brand awareness, engagement, and direct bookings. Scope of Work * Set up and optimise social media profiles where required * Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and other relevant platforms * Create engaging content including: * Property showcases * Guest experiences and reviews * Educational content about short-term rentals * Behind-the-scenes business updates * Investor-focused content for Yield Bridge Capital * Design graphics, reels, and short-form videos * Schedule and publish content consistently * Monitor comments and messages * Provide monthly performance reports and recommendations * Suggest strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility Ideal Candidate * Proven experience managing social media accounts for hospitality, real estate, property management, or short-term rental businesses * Strong graphic design and video editing skills * Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile * Ability to create content independently with minimal supervision * Excellent English communication skills What to Include in Your Proposal 1. Examples of social media accounts you currently manage or have managed previously 2. Examples of reels, videos, or content you’ve created 3. Your proposed monthly fee or hourly rate 4. Your recommended posting frequency and strategy 5. Your location and availability This is intended to be a long-term engagement for the right person. It was my first time using airtasker to hire and I didn't realize it once I chose someone I couldn't access anyone else. If you're not her but still keen, read on: I'm looking for someone to help me on an ongoing basis to start up a Reddit group. Initially will probably take a few hours of your time and payment will be based on the combination of your hours and success of actually getting the right people to join. I'm keeping the details private for now but you must be extremely sensitive to others and preferably have experience in the health and wellness field either as a regular student or hobbyist or former teacher. Also must: Definitely know how to use Reddit. Self starter. Can pay attention to detail as you will be scanning profiles and inviting them to join a group. A sales background may be useful. In the future, if all goes well, you'll also be helping curate and manage the posts. I won't be paying more than $10 dollars because this is technically an interview. But ongoing payment will be at $35 per hour. You'll need to be able to provide evidence that you're actually working eg screenshots.
