I am looking for someone to set me up on Shopify - I am happy to pay for a template that is already created if that is easier. I just need assistance with the initial build and then have the ability to manage it myself and add products and make amendments etc. when required. I’ve started setting up Amazon SES and MailBluster but need an expert to finish. Must have proven experience in high-volume email infrastructure, DNS, and deliverability. Background: Migrating from Shopify Email, which limited me to ~3,000 contacts per send and caused spam issues. I need a setup that can handle 100k+ contacts across two domains with strong inbox placement. Progress so far: • SES account created • One domain verified • SPF/DKIM/MX partially configured • MailBluster linked to SES What I need: • Finalise SES config for two custom domains (two sender emails) • Correct all DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX) • Request SES production access (sandbox removal) • Configure MAIL FROM domain & reverse DNS/PTR • Set up complaint/bounce handling + feedback loops • Implement BIMI (if supported) • Integrate SES + MailBluster properly • Migrate ~110k contacts safely (50k+ per domain) • Create send warm-up plan for IP/domain reputation • Ensure unsubscribe headers + compliance (CAN-SPAM/GDPR) • Deliverability testing to confirm inbox placement • Provide handover doc with setup + best practices Anti-spam/deliverability (non-negotiable): • SPF/DKIM/DMARC fully aligned • Feedback/bounce loops active • Warm-up documented and implemented • Inbox placement tested Pilot test condition: Run a 1,000-send pilot campaign to prove inbox placement before full payment is released. Requirements: • Strong SES + MailBluster experience • Large list migration expertise (100k+) • Deep knowledge of DNS/email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI) • Track record in deliverability optimisation Communication: • Must be available on WhatsApp during the project • If you cannot use WhatsApp, do not apply Deliverable: Two production-ready SES + MailBluster setups, fully optimised for deliverability, with ~110k contacts migrated, inbox-tested, and ready for large-scale campaigns.
