Local Demand builds websites for Melbourne carpenters and small businesses. We’re looking for someone friendly and confident on the phone to complete a small paid trial. We provide the business names, phone numbers, script and website examples. You’ll make 15 call attempts, introduce our services and ask interested owners whether they’d like a follow-up chat with us. Please record each call’s outcome, useful notes and any requests not to be contacted again. No audio recordings are required. Budget: $30 for completing the 15 call attempts and providing the notes—not dependent on booking appointments or making sales. If we’re both happy with the trial, there may be an opportunity for ongoing work, with scope and payment agreed separately. Further work isn’t guaranteed.

Australian. I am looking for an experienced Full-Stack / Backend Developer to turn an existing front-end prototype into a secure, database-driven web application. The front end has already been extensively developed in HTML, CSS and JavaScript. It includes separate interfaces and dashboards for Students, Graduate Students, Schools, VET Teachers, RTOs, Employers and Companies/Suppliers. A working Flask + SQLite backend is already built, including: Role-based authentication (session cookies, password hashing) across 5 user types A REST API covering students, employers, schools, teachers, and suppliers An opportunities table handling placements, casual jobs, and teaching roles, with a full application/status workflow (applied → shortlisted → confirmed → completed) Existing HTML frontend pages (login, dashboards, profile pages) that are partly wired to this API. For the actual contract, I'd make ownership of all source code, database schema, documentation and deployment configuration by VEconn an explicit requirement, along with access to the Git repository and hosting accounts from the beginning.
