I’m looking for an experienced tailor/seamstress to alter 2 pairs of trousers. (This is a repost as I forgot about the task and it expired) Work required: • Take up/shorten both pairs to the appropriate length • Potentially taper the legs as well, depending on the additional cost I’ve received quotes from Brisbane alteration shops of around $25–$35 per pair for the hemming, so I’m hoping to find someone who can offer a competitive price through Airtasker. Happy to drop the trousers off/pick them up, depending on location. Please include your price in your description, for: 1. Hemming both pairs 2. Hemming + tapering both pairs Thanks!

I need a dressmaker or seamstress to make 2 pairs of women's long pants so they fit my body. I am tired of buying clothes that never fit properly and I end up giving them away and waisting money. I would need to be fitted for these and I don't know if I buy a pattern or how the dressmaker decides they want to do it. I would like someone in the Wollongong area not from interstate. If I am happy with the results I am happy to pay for more items to be made. Thankyou

SEAMSTRESS WANTED – 15 SKIRTS FOR EMERGING FASHION LABEL I’m looking for an experienced seamstress or machinist to produce a small batch of 15 skirts for my Sydney-based fashion label. I’m looking for someone who can offer an affordable per-piece rate, with the potential for ongoing work if the first batch goes well. What I need: * Production of 15 skirts. * I can supply the fabric. * Ideally, you can work from an existing pattern or sample. * Neat, professional finishing suitable for retail sale. * Experience working with woven fabrics is preferred. I’m looking to keep production costs as low as possible while maintaining a beautiful finish. Please get in touch with your experience, examples of previous work and your estimated price per skirt. I’d love to find someone reliable to work with on future collections, too! Thank you!

200 shirts! need some fabric sewen to every single one. Budget inclusive of sample trialing and 200 shirts completed in one style. There is a "cheeky" graphic on the merchandise, you'll need to be comfortable with this if you're going to sew fabric to hundreds of them. More info below ⬇️ The specifics: there will be a 2d fictional character on the shirt. The fabric sewen to it will act as a 3d element covering part of its body. It will need to be sewen in such a way where the fabric can be "pulled to the side", revealing the character underneath, specifically to look like undergarments, cut in a way to match it's styalised body/position. We're looking at a combination of shirt sizes (max of 200 for this initial job). The fabric shouldnt cover more than a 14 x 14cm area? I will be looking for someone that I can contact for ongoing projects!! I would like to consult you on the practicalities of actually attaching the fabric in a way that works for it's intended purpose before I print the design out in bulk for you to sew. Please see image. Fabric: i will pay for the fabric. If you can help me source it / pick it out that would be appreciated!! To get the bulk order, it can take me up to 4 weeks. So I'm reaching out a little in advance!

I would like a swimsuit or leotard made. Measurements can be provided (bust, waist, hip). Would like fabric and design as close to the first image as possible. The second image is a better representation of the fabric. This is for a costume only. I live at Manly in Brisbane.

Looking for a seamstress that has had experience with formal wear with sequins. I want to make this dress shorter and remove the cap sleeves with maybe a couple of other fitting alterations as well (open to advice) I am happy to help with sequin removal if the cut lines are marked. Flexible on dates (need it by the end of November) but I don't have a fortune to work. Also will be able to transport it within the inner suburbs of the CBD and the south east depending on where. Budget just a guide - happy to discuss
