Includes setting up payroll and auto superannuation payments for 3 staff, showing how to routinely pay the 3 staff each week, and how to connect invoicing and quotations, share with accountant. Need to do a little research to look up awards and conditions. Primarily I just need the payroll set up and a little walkthrough to show me how to pay each week. However work is available to help set up all tax obligations to monitor and report on subcontractors, vehicles and work with our accountant etc to bring us up to date if someone would like a bigger task. This would be in person in our home office to start and to give any walk throughs when the job is complete. If you’d like to do more accounting after the payroll set up that could be remote, however we like to meet people who would have access to our finances. We know it’s not for everyone it’s just the personal assurance we need.

I need a highly capable Personal Assistant/Project Support person to help me for the next two weeks, with possible ongoing work if it is the right fit. This is not basic admin. The work involves organising my computer and digital files, cleaning up messy folders, sorting documents, setting up clear filing systems, using AI tools where helpful, prioritising tasks and helping move several important projects forward. I need someone who can look at a messy computer or overloaded folder system and calmly work out how to structure it without needing every tiny step explained. Because this role involves my computer, private files, personal information and sensitive project material, trust, discretion and reliability are essential. Some subject matter relates to justice, advocacy, law, politics and helping people. You need to be steady, mature and able to handle serious subject matter without becoming overwhelmed. I’m looking for someone practical, discreet, fast-thinking, reliable, confident with computers, able to take initiative, ask smart questions, solve problems and work efficiently. Hours are Monday to Friday, 11am to 4pm. Pay is $200 per day. Meals provided during work hours. This is an initial two-week role, with possible ongoing work, higher pay and project-based bonuses if things go well. This role would suit someone who respects a Christian-values-based environment and genuinely wants to be part of meaningful work.
